Q: What does the term "seasonal" actually mean?
Seasonal means that both the community and the cottages are designed for warm-weather living and are not open during the winter months. The Summer Village season extends from mid-April until mid-October. Off-season, all water is turned off and the cottages are closed for the season. On-site security and management provide year-round peace of mind.

Q: Do you allow pets?
We welcome indoor pets and well-behaved dogs, just as long as your dog does not appear on insurance company lists as a high-risk breed. Your dog will love it at Summer Village! Our fenced in, waterfront dog park is a favorite spot for dogs and owners alike.

Q: What do condominium fees cover?
The condominium fee is a great value since it includes:

Q: May I bring my boat to Summer Village?
Our cottage owners treasure the serenity and clear waters of Long-Sought-For Pond, so only non-motorized boats are permitted. Kayaks, sailboats, paddleboats and canoes (with an electric troller for fishing, if so desired) are all welcome. Of course, owners and guests may also use one of the Village owned boats. We have kayaks, canoes and Sunfish sailboats.

Q: What makes the cottages "low maintenance"?
Each cottage is constructed with quality building materials that we specifically selected for their low maintenance qualities. These materials look great for decades without painting, staining or replacing! Hardiplank siding, Procell decking, Anderson window, 30 year Owens Corning architectural shingles and other top-quality building materials help you keep your cottage looking great with a minimum of maintenance.
