Long-Sought-for Pond—the 2600-feet of waterfront on Long-Sought-for-Pond was the inspiration for Summer Village at the Pond. Its clear waters are perfect for fishing, life-guard supervised swimming, or putting our complimentary sunfish, kayaks, and canoes to good use. 

The Summer Village Lodge –The Lodge offers adults their own place to meet friends for drinks and dinner, participate in an evening of karaoke, catch special televised events while enjoying a beer and appetizers at the bar, or watch the sunset from the waterfront patio.

The Hildreth Gym -- Our complete fitness center overlooking the pond also features showers, changing rooms, and access to the adjacent adult-only, heated pool.  You can even sign up for special personal training, massage sessions, or join some friends for a fitness class.

Heated Outdoor Pool – From its commanding position overlooking Long-Sought-for-Pond and adjacent to The Summer Village Lodge, the adult pool enjoys soul-soothing waterfront views and an accompanying adult-only hot tub.

The Pavilion – The Pavilion is the place to be on warm summer nights. This screened building is the home for weekly outdoor movies, dances, performances, family game nights and more. During the day, it's a great place for a picnic and is a popular spot for activities programs. The Pavilion includes restroom facilities and a changing area for the adjacent family pool.

The Barn – Home to our general store, The Barn is a favorite spot to linger over coffee and a muffin or a luscious serving of ice cream. Browse the shelves of unique gift items, pick up some summer necessities, or play a card game at one of the store's farm tables.
