Gibbet Hill Farm and Gibbet Hill Grill are located in Groton, a short drive from Summer Village at the Pond. The owners of Gibbet Hill Grill, theWebber Restaurant Group, are strong believers in the Farm-to-Fork movement and strive to support local farms and farmers by using local produce, dairy, and meat as much as possible for their dishes. Chef Tom Fosnot also tries to shape his upscale menu around what is seasonally available. Gibbet Hill Grill is one of the only restaurants in New England that has a produce farm on site, and the restaurant is a transformed 100-year old barn with tables overlooking the hills of the 80-acre farm.
