Each cottage is carefully sited to blend with its natural surroundings and offer lovely views. Cottages are clustered in small “neighborhoods”, each with its own “pocket park” for quiet play or casual gatherings with friends. The neighborhoods are interconnected with walking trails.

Cottages include two bedrooms, or bedroom with study; one bathroom; laundry area; living/dining area; full kitchen and either a spacious three-season porch or an open porch with optional screens in the Hickory style. Oversized windows and 9’ ceilings create an airy ambiance.

Each cottage site is hand-cut to preserve the trees and terrain that make Summer Village such a special place. Every site includes a parking area for two cars and under-cottage storage.   Options
