Dave is a lifelong resident of Westford, Massachusetts and a respected local developer and builder. As president of Wescon, Inc., Dave has built and developed hundreds of high-end homes in Westford and nearby areas. Dave formed a partnership with Howard Hall, called Guthall, LLC, to develop and build the Village at Stone Ridge, a 110-unit community of age-restricted condominiums on 108 acres of prime land in Westford.
 

Howard Hall, Consultant
Howard was a noted attorney in Massachusetts before devoting his energies to real estate development. He partnered with Dave Guthrie to build the Village at Stone Ridge in Westford, then turned his attention to creating classic seasonal cottage communities. Howard has partnered to create Summer Village at the Pond; The Cottages at Summer Village in Wells, ME; Seaglass Village in Wells, ME and Summer Village on East Lake, proposed for a waterfront site in Prince Edward County, Canada. His company, Cottage Advisors LLC, creates seasonal and year-round cottage communities throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Together, Dave and Howard are realizing their vision of creating a community that brings back the joy of relaxed family summers.
