Our seasonal cottage vacation homes at Summer Village in Westford are designed to reflect the unique character of our wooded 159-acre site on tranquil Long-Sought-for-Pond. Each seasonal cottage is carefully sited to blend with the natural surroundings. Cottages are clustered in small neighborhoods with individual "pocket parks" for quiet play, casual gatherings with friends, and evening campfires. Wooded walking trails wrap in and around clusters of cottages to create a unique blend of neighborly sentiment and natural beauty.

 

The various floor plans and customization options of our cottages offer owners the chance to bring to life their own vision of the perfect vacation home. We have seven floor plans to choose from, each surprisingly spacious within an efficient footprint. The cottages include two bedrooms, a full bathroom, living/dining area, full kitchen, laundry area, and either a spacious three-season porch or an open porch with optional screens.

Oversized windows and 9' ceilings create an airy ambiance, while special architectural touches give each cottage a custom feel. Depending upon furnishings, these charming, two-bedroom cottages can sleep as many as six people comfortably.

Owners can personalize their cottage with several options, including open storage lofts in select styles; master bedrooms with an additional half bathroom; cathedral and vaulted ceilings; cottage-style bead board on walls and/or porch ceilings; luxury appliances, counter and cabinet packages; and specialty tile and wood flooring selections. 

Every cottage includes a parking area for two cars and under-cottage storage.
