At Cottage Advisors we are passionate about designing, building, and managing well-planned cottage resorts.  Our blueprints go beyond constructing cottages; they include building environments that nurture community and create idyllic family memories. Our four-star resort-style cottage villages include multi-million dollar amenities, planned outdoor activities, community events, and high-quality, low-maintenance cottages that provide a waterfront haven at a reasonable price. Our senior management team brings many years of experience to the company, and since 2005, we have built cottages for over 400 satisfied owners. 

We’re all about relaxing, spending time with family and friends, and playing in a charming, fun-filled place designed to create the perfect summer. We want everything to be easy.  We open your cottage for the season, maintain the grounds, and close it for the winter.  We provide a staffed gatehouse to ensure privacy and security.
