Summer Village is the perfect solution for retired snow birds. The great staff at Summer Village opens the cottage in the spring and closes it up in the fall. It is an inexpensive, turn-key operation with security for the cottage all winter. We also get to enjoy summer activities with our grandchildren on the lake, on the beach, in the pool, and on the play areas.

New England winters can be tough, but the rest of the seasons are spectacular! Summer Village at the Pond offers an ideal solution for retired adults who prefer to winter in warmer climates, but love New England summers and falls.

Turn-key Solution
Summer Village is open from mid-April to mid-October. When the season is over, you simply shut your door and we take care of everything else. We monitor the site over the winter and take care of maintenance issues so everything is all set to go when you arrive in the spring.

Sense of Community
When the season begins, you'll enjoy living in a true neighborhood where everybody says "hello", people stop to chat, new friends are made, and the early evening echoes with children's laughter as they run out to play again after dinner. It's a real, old-fashioned community where time just seems to slow and people have a chance to get to know one another.

Filled with Fun Things to Do
Life at Summer Village is all about fun. Older adults love to walk the hiking trails, take a boat out on the pond, fish, play tennis, work out in the gym, practice putts on the putting green and relax on the sandy beach or in the adult pool and hot tub. The picnic grove area is the perfect shady spot to relax while catching up on some reading.

Card tournaments, book clubs, knitting lessons, wine tastings and a full calendar of other activities make each day special. When you want to explore outside of Summer Village, Boston is just 25 miles away, while the seacoast area and New Hampshire's White Mountains are only a bit farther.
